Who is behind Happy Camper Rentals and what are they about?
Happy Camper Teardrop Rentals owners Kylie and Adam are adventure enthusiasts that love the outdoors, water activities, and their dog, Scout. As a United States Army Veteran, Adam enjoys woodworking and Kylie’s interests lie in home design. As avid travelers, this young couple has taken Sacramento by storm with their teardrop rentals.
They purchased the Happy Camper brand from a dear friend in 2017 and are on a mission to continue their friend’s work and community in the teardrop sector. All of this while providing a valuable service to those looking for a unique way to explore. Whether you are traveling for pleasure or business (or both), the Happy Camper couple are looking forward to serving you and helping you fall in love with the teardrop traveling.

Dedicated to supporting American made, Happy Camper Rentals has 3 identical teardrop trailers (with slight weight differences):
The Ridge Retreat weighing in at 840 lbs
The Hidy Hole weighing in at 850 lbs
The Cozy Cabin weighing in at 880 lbs
Each beautifully crafted trailer rental comes with memory foam queen bed, two side doors with screened windows for easy access, cabinet space and cubby storage, galley storage, front cache, a Coleman ice chest, spare tire, LED inside lighting (as well as outside running lights), solar charged battery, power roof ventilation, and shore power ready (the Ridge Retreat is excluded from this feature).

The Happy Camper Extra Mile
Not only is each teardrop camper solidly made and well cared for, you get a little extra for your buck every time.
Extra items included in each rental are: cleaned waterproof mattress cover, two seats for the exterior pop-up table, overhead table light, a single burner stove and a can of propane, coffee percolator, basic dish set for two, cast iron skillet and cooking utensils, wash bin, dish soap, and a brand new sponge for your use only!
You certainly won’t get these kinds of amenities in any hotel room you may stay at.
