Dreamed up by owner Ben Culley in 2019, Wild Monkey Campers has been serving clientele off the Sunshine Coast in Queensland, Australia. A corner of the world known for its beauty and style, it’s no wonder that Ben and his team have created such amazingly aesthetic teardrop trailers.
With a ready-made backdrop for design and inspiration, Wild Monkey Campers uses a combination of CAD digital software and specific machine artistry to produce a one-of-a-kind, high-quality camper for outdoor enthusiasts. For those adventurers and explorers that appreciate a little of the good life along their travels.

The Splendour DX
Even at the entry level camper, Wild Monkey produces a sleek teardrop experience.
Using carefully sourced materials from Finland, this camper is created with the finest of hardware to ensure durability and longevity. Fully protected with raptor coating, the Splendour DX is equipped with a leaf spring suspension and a Birch plywood siding with aluminum composite facing the exterior.
Additional standard features include electric brakes, a lockable door with a split window screen, LED lights surrounding the frame (including an awning light), powder coated mudguards, Wild Monkey decal badges, and black steel wheels.
The Splendour DX also features a lockable rear hatch to the galley, power outlets to making cooking and charger electronics a breeze, push to open drawers to store utensils, a push to open storage cabinet for larger cookware, a convenient pass through from kitchen to interior cabin, laminated bench top to ensure a long-lasting kitchen space.
Slide out shelf for extra prep space, and a portable gas stove. The gorgeous interior boasts a queen size foam mattress, electric roof vent, charging ports, cabinetry with handy shelving, magazine or book nets, a black out window blind, and fire extinguisher.
With basic amenities to include a lithium battery, Bluetooth capabilities, and multiple charging and solar outlets…what more could you need in a teardrop?
The Splendour LX
Just when we thought we had everything we needed from a camper, the LX proved us wrong.
The Splendour LX has everything that the DX does, plus a few little something extras.
These standard LX features include an attached exterior box to house electrical components and act as additional storage, two side doors with half screens, a water tank, additional awning lighting, a radio antenna, rear hatch speakers, stainless steel sink, cold water pump, slide out shelf for fridge option, choice of interior color, entertainment system with CD/DVD, extra hidden storage compartments, and blanket storage.
Additional battery components and electrical outlets are upgraded to this camper as well.
Extremely luxurious and missing little of every day’s comforts.
The Splendour GT
The GT is the top tier of the Wild Monkey camper line, and it lacks for nothing.
This model features everything standard in the LX, plus a fully insulated roof and hatch for ultimate luxury. Still need more?
The LX includes two collapsible kitchen side tables, digital water tank gauge, fridge on slide out shelf, portable gas camping stove, remote control roof vent with rain sensor, flip down HD monitor with recessed ceiling speakers, push to open door that creates a shelf to the galley area, and plugs for portable solar panel or charging battery while traveling.
